The NeuroBot Intelligent Cloud Platform is owned, managed and maintained by NeuroBot Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or “NeuroBot”). Please read the following terms carefully before using the platform, and use of the platform indicates that you have known and accepted these terms (hereinafter referred to as "this User Agreement").

1. Account registration

(1) You shall register the User's account with its e-mail address/ mobile phone number (hereinafter referred to as: the account) through the NeuroBot Intelligent Cloud Platform or adopt other approaches specified by NeuroBot; once the User's account is registered, the corresponding e-mail address shall not be changed and the account cannot be transferred, granted, or inherited.

(2) You guarantee that you have the ability to fulfill your obligations and perform various actions under this agreement; Your fulfillment of relevant obligations and engaging in related behaviors do not violate any legally binding documents on you. Otherwise, NeuroBot has the right to refuse or terminate the service, and impose penalties on the violating account in accordance with this agreement. You shall bear all responsibilities arising from this and all losses caused to third parties and NeuroBot.

2. Usage rules

We have the right to process the data provided by users (including but not limited to images provided by users) for any legitimate purpose (such as using user provided data to provide service results to users, update the platform system, develop new products, etc.), and users are aware and agree to this. Meanwhile, we promise not to disclose or sell user data to the third parties.

(1) On the premise that the user complies with this user agreement, we grant the user the limited, non transferable, non exclusive, revocable, and non commercial right to use this platform solely for personal use. Under any circumstances, the content and services of this website (including but not limited to user identification information such as usernames) are only licensed for personal use by users and cannot be sold or transferred.

(2) Website usage rules

We reserve all rights not specifically granted in this user agreement. Users must follow the following principles when using this platform:

a) Comply with all applicable laws and regulations;

b) Comply with this User Agreement and all related agreements, regulations, and procedures, while also adhering to programs and practices related to the Internet;

c) Do not use this platform to engage in illegal and criminal activities, including splitting the country, instigating others to commit crimes, infringing on computer security systems, interfering or disrupting network services, and other behaviors that endanger national security or harm social public interests;

d) Do not use this platform to conduct any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet;

e) Not to infringe upon our or our affiliated enterprises or any other third party's intellectual property rights, reputation rights, or any other legitimate rights and interests, or engage in actions that harm our interests or have adverse effects on us.

f) Unless other provisions of this user agreement have been complied with or prior permission has been obtained from us, users shall not engage in any of the following activities for any purpose: downloading, copying, displaying, distributing, disseminating, uploading, publishing, or distributing the content of this platform; Modify, edit, or otherwise interpret the content of this platform; Transfer, resell, or rent the content or services of this platform.

g) If a user violates any of the above regulations while using this platform, we may, at our own discretion, require the user to correct or take all necessary measures (including but not limited to deleting the content uploaded by the user, suspending or terminating the user's right to use this platform) to mitigate the impact caused by the user's improper behavior.

(3) Content usage standards

You are not allowed to engage in any behavior that violates laws and regulations, nor are you allowed to provide convenience for the following behaviors that violate regulations:

a) Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that violates national laws, endangers national security and unity, social stability, public order and good customs, social morality, insults, defamation, obscenity, violence, or other information that violates laws, regulations, policies, public order and good customs, social morality, or interferes with the normal operation of this platform and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties;

b) Infringe the privacy and personal information protection rights of others;

c) Other behaviors prohibited by laws and regulations.

(4) Service usage standards

You are not allowed to engage in any of the following behaviors, including but not limited to, or provide convenience for the following behaviors (including but not limited to providing convenience for the behavior of your users):

a) You can only use NeuroBot products/services for civilian purposes, and under no circumstances may you use them in any way for any military purposes other than civilian purposes or for illegal purposes listed in your country of use, including but not limited to nuclear weapons, biological and chemical weapons, missiles, terrorist activities, or infringement of civil rights;

b) You are required to comply with all laws, regulations, and policies of foreign entities regulated by the United States, the European Union, and/or other government agencies when using any products/services of NeuroBot overseas. It is prohibited to resell, export, or transfer any products/services of NeuroBot or any products developed using NeuroBot products/services to specific countries and individuals. Without obtaining all necessary approvals from NeuroBot and appropriate government agencies in advance, you shall not directly or indirectly export any NeuroBot products/services or any technology containing any NeuroBot products;

c) Without the user's consent, request, collect, request, or otherwise obtain the login account, password, or any other authentication credentials of the user's Moment Vision service from any other user;

d) Reverse engineering, disassembling, decompiling of technical materials in the NeuroBot service to attempt to obtain the source code of this service;

e) Using this platform to transmit or distribute files containing images, photos, data, software, or other materials protected by intellectual property laws in any other way, for example (but not limited to): including copyright, trademark, portrait, privacy, or disclosure rights, unless you own or control the corresponding rights or have obtained necessary recognition from the intellectual property owner;

f) Other behaviors or content that are deemed inappropriate or inappropriate by the authorities;

g) If you violate the above regulations, NeuroBot has the right to take measures such as deleting infringing content, punishing illegal accounts, terminating, completely or partially suspending, and restricting the user's use of the platform's functions without notice at any time. If you find anyone violating the provisions of this agreement or using this platform in an improper manner, please immediately file a complaint with NeuroBot, and NeuroBot will handle it in accordance with the law.

h) Third party software or technology may be used in this service. If used, NeuroBot will display relevant agreements or other documents in accordance with relevant regulations or agreements. The relevant agreements or other documents presented in various forms mentioned above are inseparable from this agreement.

i) You understand and agree that if you violate the provisions of this agreement, resulting in or resulting in any claims, demands, or losses from third parties, you shall be solely responsible. If NeuroBot suffers losses as a result, you shall compensate for them together.

Please note that these external links are only for the convenience of users and do not represent our operation or participation in the operation of these websites, nor do they represent the user being granted permission to access or use these websites. 4. Limitation of Liability

(1) We cannot guarantee that the services provided to users are continuous, immediate, and accurate. We cannot guarantee that defects will be corrected in a timely manner, nor can we guarantee that the provided services or servers will not be attacked by harmful components such as viruses or hackers. The services and website content are provided as is, and we do not make any form of guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, satisfactory quality, non infringement, or suitability for a particular purpose of the services or website content.

(2) We reserve the right to modify, add or delete, cancel, suspend, interrupt or terminate the services provided on this platform (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice to the user, and we do not assume any responsibility to the user when exercising the aforementioned rights.

(7) You guarantee that your use of this service and any of your actions will not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of anyone.

(8) You understand and agree that if NeuroBot discovers on its own for the first or second time, or based on information from relevant departments or complaints from rights holders, that you may have infringed upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, NeuroBot has the right to make independent judgments based on the general public's understanding to determine whether you have infringed upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, If NeuroBot determines that you have infringed upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, NeuroBot has the right to unilaterally take one or more of the following measures at any time:

a) Take measures such as closing new user entrances and restricting old user login to those who infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others;

b) Take offline measures against you who infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, that is, terminate your use of the services on this platform;

c) Hold you legally responsible;

d) Announce your behavior to the public;

e) Inform the relevant regulatory authorities of all your information that NeuroBot has access to;

f) Other measures deemed appropriate by the moment.

g) If NeuroBot takes any actions or measures against you in accordance with the above terms, other relevant provisions of this agreement, or due to your violation of relevant laws and regulations, you shall be solely responsible for any disputes, liabilities, etc. If any losses are caused to you, you shall bear all the responsibilities on your own. If any losses are caused to NeuroBot or others, you shall also bear all the responsibilities on your own.

5. Modification of this User Agreement

We have the right to modify this user agreement as necessary without prior notice to the user. Once there is a change, we will try our best to update it on this platform in a timely manner. If the user disagrees with the modified content, they may voluntarily stop using this website. If the user continues to use this platform, it will be considered as accepting the modified user agreement.

6. Notification

(1) NeuroBot may provide you with various rules, notices, reminders, and other information about this service through one or more methods, such as webpage announcements, webpage prompts, email addresses, mobile text messages, regular letter delivery, or sending internal messages within the management system of your registered service account. Once NeuroBot publishes or sends such information in any of the aforementioned ways, it is deemed that you have accepted and agreed to it, Binding force on you. If you do not accept it, please notify NeuroBot in writing. Otherwise, it will be deemed that you have accepted and agreed.

(2) You also agree that NeuroBot can send other types of information to your email, phone number, etc. that may not be related to this service, including but not limited to commercial advertisements.

(3) If you have any matters that need to be notified to NeuroBot, you should notify NeuroBot in writing according to the contact information officially announced by this service.

7. Intellectual Property

(1) The intellectual property rights of the information content (including but not limited to service results, etc.) provided by NeuroBot in this service belong to NeuroBot, except for those that belong to others according to law. Unless otherwise specified, the copyright, patent rights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights of the software on which NeuroBot provides this service belong to NeuroBot. The above-mentioned and any other intellectual property rights legally owned by NeuroBot are protected by law. Without written permission from NeuroBot, you are not allowed to use or create related derivative works in any form.

(2) Any intellectual property contained in the content you access or obtain through this platform, and without the prior consent of the content owner and this website, you will not use, copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, execute, upload, display, license, sell or otherwise exploit any content that is not owned by you. Otherwise, this platform or the content owner may stop you from accessing the content, You may also be held liable for infringement.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The interpretation and execution of this platform user agreement shall be governed by the laws of America. This user agreement and any additional terms published on this platform constitute the complete agreement between us and the user regarding the use of this platform. If the content of this agreement is inconsistent with the applicable mandatory legal provisions, the mandatory legal provisions shall prevail. Any disputes arising from the performance of this agreement shall first be resolved through consultation between both parties; If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the court.

The interpretation rights of this reement and the interpretation rights of this platform belong to NeuroBot Inc.
